Prateek Gupta

Prateek Gupta (born October 14, 1984, in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh) is an Indian entrepreneur, educator, author, and the Founder and Executive Director (also referred to as Chief Executive Director or Managing Director) of BSL British School of Language (a unit of BSL Ed-Tech Private Limited). He has led the expansion of BSL into a prominent ed-tech platform for English language and related training, serving students in India and over 110 countries through innovative online and hybrid models.

Raised in Kanpur, he completed schooling at Sir Padampat Singhania Education Centre, Kanpur.
He excelled in chess, winning the CBSE Board National Level Chess Championship in 1999 in New Delhi.
He earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering from Priyadarshini College of Computer Sciences.
He later obtained an LLB (Bachelor of Laws) from D.C. Law College.
This combination of technical, legal, and early competitive skills has informed his approach to business innovation and operations.
